Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in cardboard poster tubes.

Please allow 3-5 working days for orders to arrive to UK addresses, 7-10 for Irish addresses, 14 days for European addresses, and 28+ days for all other International addresses.

Please be aware if you are ordering from outside the UK, VAT will be charged at your local rate and there may be additional customs duties or other shipping/import fees to pay before you can receive your goods.

Return & Exchange Policy

We can only offer refunds/exchanges on unwanted items if they are returned to us, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days.

Such items should be sent, with a copy of the customer order number, to: We Frame It Returns, 39 Tomnahurich Street, Inverness, IV3 5DU at the customer's expense.

Any refunds or replacement items will only be released once we have received the original items and ascertained that they are in fully saleable condition (this does not apply to faulty/damaged items).

All orders are quality checked and packaged with great care, but if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please let us know at your earliest convenience. These items will be refunded or replaced (if possible) with no charge.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the return item/s.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
